SALAD with Cranberries, Feta, Walnut and Steelhead Trout
Ingredients: for 4 people
2 full cups of mixed garden green salad
1 cup walnut pieces
4 ounces Feta Cheese
½ cup dried cranberries
1 ½ lb. of Steelhead Trout or Salmon - Cooked in the oven with Mirin and Soy sauce
Dressing:
2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
¼ cup Olive oil
¼ tsp. pepper
⅛ tsp. of Cayenne pepper
